However, when I first searched “Yoga for Athletes” on the internet, there was very little. Certainly none coming without the spiritual aspect of yoga, that was off-putting to begin with.

Learning on my own, I very quickly began to see the benefits. Going from tearing muscles regularly in training and competition, to not sustaining an injury for the longest period I ever had. Recovering better, performing better, with less aches and pains that the rigours of professional sport brought with it.

Once my professional career ended, I qualified as a yoga teacher. Now on a mission to bring yoga to athletes to realise their full potential and extend their careers (amateur or professional) even further…
