Having left professional sport Lewis, trained as an athlete coach, yoga, mindfulness and breathwork coach, Lewis now teaches athletes how to use simple a practical tools to take control of their body and mind in sport.
As well as workshops for sports teams and organisations aimed at improving physical and mental performance by teaching simple methods around mobility, flexibility, mindfulness, breathing exercises.
