Having made it to the top of his sport despite being born with a rare condition. Lewis’ story is one of overcoming adversity and challenges that will inspire you to take action towards your passions.

Having left professional sport Lewis, trained as a coach, yoga, mindfulness and breathwork coach, Lewis now teaches others how to use simple a practical tools to take control of their body and mind.

Lewis delivers talks on a variety of area such as resilience, overcoming adversity, high performance.

As well as workshops for sports teams and organisations aimed at improving physical and mental performance by teaching simple methods around mobility, flexibility, mindfulness, breathing exercises.
